Dome Stickers (also referred to as Domed Sticker, Domed Labels, Domed Badges, 3D Stickers or 3D Resin Badges) work great especially on our waterproof cases. Dome sticker or 3D rubber sticker are exceptionally attractive and recognizable branding and logo displays.
Always UV proof and very durable! The polyurethane 3D resin dome provides a hard-wearing, scratch-resistant coating to protect the design, displaying it clearly, even in harsh conditions. Also work perfectly on foam interior or on your products.

There are some different laser branding technologies available, with extremely durable, abrasion resistant, and precise results.
All kind of content including logos, codes, serial numbers, and more can be used. Smallest components and details can be marked quickly and easily in difficult to access areas. For example many markings on buttons in your car are laser marked.
Almost all plastic materials, metal, slilcone and certain foams can be laser branded.
For marking plastics, laser technologies offer a range of different methods, such as dyeing, carbonation or foaming. Available colors and the result depend on the plastic material marked.
Metal can be lasered easily with excellent results.

In-Mold Labeling (IML) and In-Mold Decoration (IMD) are techniques in which pre-printed labels or sheets are inserted into a plastic injection mold immediately before the molding cycle begins.
In this way fully printed or decorated parts may be produced at the end of the molding process, without the need for a further printing stage.
Besides, printing can be difficult on rounded or complex features and on some types of plastics.
Labels are made from a variety of materials such as paper or plastics, and fit neatly to the corresponding surfaces within the mold.
They might be thin printed sheets, or printed, pre-formed and UV cured in a separate process to match the particular shape needed,
before the insertion into the mold.

IML techniques are often associated with food packaging, while In-Mold Decoration is widely used in medical, automotive, and other products where there is a need to label or decorate the surface of a plastic part in a sophisticated fashion to achieve special properties. Hereby it is possible to manufacture parts with extraordinary scratch resistance, by printing on the inner side of the transparent IML label or IMD part.

Step 1.) The injection tool is open, and the pre-printed IML label or IMD part is inserted into the mould with the help of a robot.
They are held firmly in place by vaccum or electrostatically when the injection molding cycle process proceeds. 
Step 2.) The injection tool closes ("clampimg")
Step 3.) Molten and soft plastic is injected under high pressure into the cavity. The plastic material fuses irreversibly to the inside of the IML label or IMD part.
Step 4.) The injection tool opens, and the finished plastic part is ejected from the mold, the production cycle is complete, and starts all over from Step 1.
